• Alcohol to go is not over yet. Governor Cuomo signed an extension that allows booze to go until June 5. (Nick Reisman for NY1)
• 61.4% of adults in New York state have received at least one vaccine. 47% of adults in the city have gotten at least one dose. (Sophia Chang for Gothamist)

• Is it legal to restrict service only to people who are fully vaccinated? The answer is yes. No shirt, no shoes, no vaccination, no service. (Morgan McKay for NY1)
• There's a bill making its way through the state legislature that would require a Covid-19 vaccine to attend colleges and universities in New York. Currently, students are required to be vaccinated against measles, mumps, and rubella. (Nick Reisman for NY1)
• The police are no longer invited to NYC Pride. The celebration will rely on private security and ban police involvement in participation until at least 2025. The NYPD will be asked to stay at least a block away from all in-person events. (Michael Gold for NY Times)

• The removal and relocation of the Equestrian Statue of Theodore Roosevelt outside the Museum of Natural History is moving forward as the Community Board 7 Preservation Committee will move the presentation forward to the next full board meeting.
