• Melissa DeRosa resigned as Secretary to the Governor. DeRosa is described as Cuomo's top aide but was named in the attorney general's report as someone who took part in an alleged effort to discredit one of Cuomo's accusers and lined up women and elected officials to defend him after he was accused. • The Human Rights Campaign hired a private law firm to conduct an internal investigation into HRC President Alphonso David after David was named in the attorney general's report for providing a personnel file on the accuser, worked to secretly record another accuser, and was in Cuomo's bunker to "actively consult" after the allegations.
